Privacy Policy

Your Images Stay on Your Device

Vizua processes all images locally in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to any server. We do not have access to the images you process, and we cannot see, store, or share them. This is a core architectural decision, not just a policy — the tool literally cannot send your files anywhere because the processing code runs entirely on your device.

What We Collect

We collect minimal, non-personal data to keep the site running:

  • Page views — We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which tools are popular and how visitors find us. GA4 does not collect personal identifiers and operates in consent mode in regions that require it (EU, UK, Brazil).
  • Error reports — We use Sentry to track JavaScript errors so we can fix bugs. Error reports contain technical details (browser version, error stack trace) but no personal information or image data.

What We Do NOT Collect

  • Your images — they never leave your device
  • Your name, email, or any personal information
  • File names or metadata of images you process
  • What tools you use or how often

Cookies

Vizua uses cookies only for:

  • Google Analytics — Anonymous usage statistics (can be blocked without affecting functionality)

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. All tools will continue to work normally without cookies.

Third-Party Services

AI Tools

The AI-powered tools (background removal, OCR) download ML models to your browser on first use. These models are cached locally and all inference runs on your device. No image data is sent to any AI service or API.

Children's Privacy

Vizua does not knowingly collect any personal data from children or adults. We do not require registration and do not collect personal information.

Data Retention

Since we don't collect personal data or images, there is nothing to retain or delete. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized by Google.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
