Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Vizua. By accessing the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Service

Vizua provides image-processing and related utilities that generally run in your browser. Features, supported formats, limits, and availability may change. We may suspend a feature for maintenance, security, legal, or technical reasons.

Lawful and responsible use

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not process material that you have no right to use.
  • Do not attack, overload, scrape abusively, circumvent security, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not use results to deceive, harm, impersonate, or violate another person’s rights.

Your files and output

You retain your rights in the files and output you process. You are responsible for their legality, accuracy, permissions, backups, and intended use. Because processing occurs locally, we cannot recover a file or result lost on your device.

Vizua intellectual property

The Vizua name, interface, documentation, original content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Using the service does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, resell, or reverse engineer protected parts except where mandatory law or an applicable open-source license allows it.

Advertising and external services

The service may display Google advertising and link to third-party resources. Those parties operate under their own terms. An advertisement is not an endorsement, and Vizua is not responsible for a third party’s product, availability, or conduct.

No warranty and limitation of liability

Vizua is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Brazilian law governs them, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions may be sent to legal@vizua.io. The operator is VOLKE IDEIAS DIGITAIS LTDA, CNPJ 66.727.282/0001-31.
