By using Vizua (vizua.io), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Service Description

Vizua provides free online image processing tools that run entirely in your web browser. All image processing happens locally on your device — no files are uploaded to our servers.

Use of Service

You may use Vizua for any lawful purpose, including personal and commercial use. You are responsible for the images you process and the content you create using our tools.

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service's source code
Create automated scripts that abuse the service

Intellectual Property

The Vizua brand, design, and code are our intellectual property. The images you process remain entirely yours — we claim no rights over your content. Since your files never leave your device, we have no access to them.

No Warranty

Vizua is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The service will be available at all times
The tools will produce specific results
The service will be error-free

Image processing depends on your browser and device capabilities. Results may vary across different browsers and hardware.

Limitation of Liability

Vizua shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Since all processing happens locally in your browser, we have no control over or liability for data loss on your device.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Vizua after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
